> **Vantagens**: I really like how every department is integrated with each other. I also am extremely happy with the support personnel who have helped us along the way. I never have to feel like I am flying solo.

Also, since we have switched to Heartland for payment processing AR runs smoother, collections come in faster and fees have been reduced greatly.  All of this makes cash flow better for us.

> I came into this job without any experience in Praxi. I am the Senior Accountant now, and I have always been tech savvy. I have set up several accounting systems for clients in the past using many different accounting software's. I most recently worked for another Christian school that used 3 different software products.  They used one for billing \& collections, One for student/parent \& teacher for grades, discipline, assignments, and one for AP,  Financial Statements, and General Ledger.  None of which were integrated with each other.

> I have been extremely thankful for the support Praxi offers.  As the director of a new hybrid homeschool program, I am wearing all the hats and many of which I have never worn before or had any experience with.  The support not only has taught me how to reconcile and track finances, but they are available anytime I get stuck and have questions.  Although I found the lack of intuition a struggle at first, after a year of using it, I can better navigate my way around.

Wish there was an ios app for this, as I mostly use my iPad in the classroom, very frustrated that I cannot use my iPad with this website, even if I have Firefox on my device. Very annoying that I have to use Firefox with this website, as I don't need it for anything else. I have found the lesson planning section clumsy at best, there are simpler more user friendly sites that I use for lesson planning. The site freezes if I leave the web page open, forcing me to log in and out every time that I need to use it. As a teacher with limited time for admin during school hours this is very frustrating.

> **Vantagens**: The accessibility of talking to a real person. Love that when you schedule a call you know you have their undivided attention for an hour. I also love that they have the capability of remote control of your screen so you can see what they are doing and learn from it.

It is a complicated process - compared to using something like google forms - if it wasn't for \[sensitive content hidden\] being so patient and helping us figure it all out I don't think it would be practical for us to get set up on our own.
