I contacted Adobes support chat and they support guy told me there was relationship problem between the Adobe Apps and that I had to clean the isssus away. He then proceeded to send me one long step-by-step instruction and one web page that was at least 5 pages long and told me I had to follow the instructions. I told him I needed help with the instructions but his response was that no help would be provided. I canceled my subscription the same day.
