Comments: I would strongly recommend this product.
Pros: The product is flexible and feature rich but it is the support that differentiates eTransX. Their support and customer service is excellent.
Cons: For a small lab the initial cost can be prohibative.
Comments: Excellent product and customer service.
Pros: The interface engine is very flexible and I see multiple applications for it in our operation. Instruction was well balanced between concept presentation and hands-on exercise. Development and training personnel are now only knowledgeable but also eager to learn from users and implement their ideas to make the product better.
Cons: Our product purchase is pending, so I can only comment on my the experience that I received in 3-day training session.
