Good for what its worth, just not for the price
Vantagens:
Call center, collections, medical, mailing, credit reports, everything built in to one. Good software if your in the financial industry or collections.
Desvantagens:
Terrible in phone systems, always dropping calls, support has slow fixes for the issues always at hand. They use providers that are cheap and not always perfect

Comentários: Overall usage of Artiva is extremely satisfied and the ability to build "from within" makes it an IT's haven. Artiva has wonderful capacity to meet several needs to run your company. From the ability to create multiple user roles, queries, reports and revenue analysis to dialing campaigns, system analysis and project management. Our point of contact for Artiva was a stand up individual that always went above and beyond assisting our needs and ensuring we were staying up to date with system upgrades and build-on features. Absolutely recommend.
Vantagens:
Veteran user of Artiva during 2014-2018. I appreciated the user-friendliness of the Artiva interface software. During my experience with Artiva, they converted to the cloud which was a learning curve for implementation. What I love about this software is the simplicity it offers on the front end to handle accounts receivable, run reports and manage employee productivity. I also enjoy the back end, where you can truly build what you need from within. Note: the version my company was originally "sold on" was not meant for the purpose we utilized it, which had pros/cons. However, it worked.
Desvantagens:
I did not like that on occasion the dialer would go down without warning. The functionality of particular Regression reports and/or PNL YTD Comparison reports would shut down the system for the user trying to retrieve data. This could have been a user issue due to the incompatible software for the purpose of the company we had, it was small glitches but able to be worked out. The ability for the software to match Patient Accounts/Portal data and import process was sometimes not correct once uploaded and required a lot of man power/manual down time.

The software provides multiple functions necessary for collections and the user interface is not too difficult to get used to.
Desvantagens:
Connectivity issues abound with little on call support
