> **Vantagens**: What stands out most is how everything is centralized in one place. Core HR tasks like payroll, time off requests, benefits, tax forms, and career information are all accessible without jumping between different systems. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so routine actions take very little effort. Real time reporting and analytics make it easier for leaders to make informed decisions, and the built in workflows and role based permissions help keep processes consistent and compliant. It also connects well with other business tools, and with additional configuration it can expand beyond HR into a full ERP and financial platform. Overall, it removes a lot of friction from day to day work.

> **Desvantagens**: Some of the more advanced functionality is not fully available out of the box and requires upgrades or extra configuration to unlock its full potential. For larger or more complex organizations, the initial setup and customization can take time and careful planning before the system feels fully optimized.

> **Vantagens**: Not "boring" for end user kind of more playfull and fancy than other HRISs. For some modules it is very easy to use. And very useful on managing HR processes and can support almost all processes within the system.

> **Desvantagens**: Reporting, not clear on trended worker data source and not easy to combine data and data sources and not easy to make dashboards for higher management, often we need to go to powerbi solution which means exporting sensitive data.&#10;Also, there are security limitations with matrix organizations.

> Overall is very good and useful with many possibilities. I really like the processes, integrations, and security management. Also I like the reguler updates on bugs and issues per data center where as HRIS specialist I can be informed and there are no surprises. I would prefer less window releases that can be layout omptimizations, but more updates based on customer suggestions from Community. Overall it is value for money, if reporting and matrix options can be enhanced. I would promote Workday as HRIS solution for more companies.

> **Vantagens**: I like that it creates a unified system, centralizes HR, benefits, talents and it in ONE platform. It allows for employees to request time-off requests, pay slips and other benefits. My coworkers have said that it allows for good mobile functionality as well. Overall, it automates workflows and reduce manual work (such as automating the payroll, and allowing approval functions), and allow access to reporting and analytics for workplace insights.

> **Desvantagens**: I think its valuable for larger companies like mine but for smaller companies it can be expensive. While the interface is easy to read while configuration and customization can be complex and will require training. Furthermore, I found some interfaces to clunky or where some simple tasks is buried under multiple menus.

> Overall, for me the interface did not brother me to much and I was able to be comfortable with it in a couple of weeks, and it can really help streamline HR, payroll and other functions.
