The team is highly responsive and proactive, offering regular weekly check-ins as well as being available for on-call meetings whenever needed. Any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, which greatly supports smooth day-to-day operations.
The student management system is also very intuitive and easy to use, making administrative tasks much more streamlined. In addition, Orbund provides a wide range of features that cater to diverse needs, and the level of customization available to administrators is outstanding. It allows us to tailor the system according to our specific needs without much hassle.

> **Desvantagens**: There are so many manual functions necessary in this system, the finance reports don't pull information correctly, there aren't basic features like ordering reports or customizing reportable fields, names are sorted by first in some places and last in others and I was told that couldn't be revised. The list goes on.

> Their only customer service is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] in an online tech support chat who often understands the system less than I do and has recommended 'fixes' that took hours to correct. We have a client rep that rarely communicates unless I send multiple emails copying his superiors. Their 'ticket system' for issues is only handled through email - which I rarely get responses for - and my average turn around on any ticket is 3 MONTHS+. There is absolutely no help when you need to handle major events like setting up a new school year. Email after email, call after call - no change in two years\! If you want a student information system, I highly recommend moving along to another option.
