Also, we are able to streamline our business model (contact management, schedule management, documentation, administration, billing, outcomes management, lab ordering, etc) thanks to how easy it is to integrate with other services. Their API is easy to work with and does most of the things we need. Their support team is responsive and helpful and are always there when you need them.
