Comentários: Programa de fácil acesso, ajuda na hora de verificar no estoque onde estão os materiais.
Vantagens:
Bem, há uma gama de conhecimento ainda inexplorado por mim. Mas o FIIX se tornou uma ferramenta importante no meu dia a dia. Ele me ajuda nas baixas de materiais e onde estão localizados. Acredito ser uma boa ferramenta para fins de controle de estoque.
Desvantagens:
Como mencionei anteriormente, não posso dizer com prioridade o que falta melhorar, pois somente uso uma parte desse "iceberg".
Fiix: Você precisa!
Comentários: É um software que me deixa mais tranquilo no dia a dia com meus equipamentos. Agora tenho mais tempo para realmente planejar a manutenção.

É um CMM completo. E o suporte da equipe lhe deixa trabalhando tranquilo.
Desvantagens:
muitas atualizações na fae implantação, mas esse tipo de coisa ja é esperado.

os nomes das abas, são muito técnicas,a s vezes eu confundo os nomes.

Fiix Fixed our Maintenance Organization
Vantagens:
Fiix is an incredible package for companies looking for a flexible CMMS. The Work Order System and it's flexibility to schedule tickets to Machines, Assets or Projects is very useful in our organization. We have a smaller maintenance department so we mix our activities with both in-house and contracted technicians. The Work Order system allows for us to assign an open ticket to a project that can then be tracked and closed after the vendor has completed the work.
Desvantagens:
When it comes to a downside to this software I haven't really found one yet. The customer service and flexibility has made it very easy to transition. If I had to point to one thing it would be that we could reuse some of our field names from the old database, but this was easily overcome by a great on-boarding. experience

it works for what for the most part, you get what you paid for.
Desvantagens:
You are tied to a yearly contract and they can change terms at their convenience without proper communication. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone unless is to sell you the software, customer service is lacking. They say you can change the number of licenses but try to downsize and you have to wait a year. If you try to cancel it has to be 90 days before your renewal (it used to be 60).
I improve my work performance
Comentários: I improve the performance of the team in general with very good tools that made it possible to eliminate repetitive processes and turn them into more automatic processes with perfect results
Vantagens:
I can manage all work tasks better organized so that I can have production with each order, it helps me reduce development times with each task by being able to have everything unified on the same platform. I feel satisfied because it is a platform that has proven to be very secure with stored data.
Desvantagens:
There is nothing to dislike, they have always met expectations
Excellent Program - Stay On Task
Comentários: It really helps on the job to keep my day organized and it was easy to learn.
Vantagens:
It helps at work to keep track of all of the tasks I have to take care of. I also like it that I can use the app on my phone to close out tasks and add tasks.
Desvantagens:
I can't think of anything i dislike. Everything seems easy to understand and use once you get used to it.

Comentários: We have had a very good experience with the software itself and the customer service has been excellent.
Vantagens:
It has all the features we need, works very well for a company our size. The value to price ratio is high.
Desvantagens:
Since we are not using Fiix to its full capability, ther have not been any particular dislikes.
Our progress with Fiix
Comentários: it is still and will be the only comfortable software or application to maintain assets in our tiny company
Vantagens:
Mobile application and asset tracking are the most valuable feature in Fiix, this help me track and tag any IT assets on our company. basically, tracking asset is so easy only by scanning the barcode or QRcode
Desvantagens:
the asset recording is pretty hard to do, I am only a free trial user so maybe that is the reason i have such struggle. importing/exporting assets list from csv or any other data based file will be great. also sometimes the barcode or QRcode did not worked properly when scanned by Fiix mobile app
A Busy Career.
Comentários: It allows everyone to know what PM has been completed and by who. This way time and material isn't wasted by doing the same job more than once.
Vantagens:
Easy to use after proper training on how to access.
Desvantagens:
Administrator needs more access to make changes to assets and scheduling without having to get ahold of someone to allow the changes to be made.I wish there was a alarm on the system to let everyone know that a PM is about to be overdue, instead of letting you know it's late after the fact.

user friendly, easy to learn and to teach how to use. it saves us ton of time. particularly on parts inventory

It's a great software that provides many features likes Maintenance Management, Mobile Access, Asset Tracking, Job Management and Reporting & Statistics, etc. The software is very easy to use and manage your works smartly.
Desvantagens:
Generally, I was not have any issue with the software but sometimes it gives an error when we try to migrate our data.
Wouldn't be without it!

User friendly. Help and instruction is easy to find or access. All in one software for maintenance.
Desvantagens:
CMMS settings can be a little difficult to understand, but they're easily edited if you don't get the desired result you're looking for.
Did you put a Fiix Ticket in for that item? is my #1 phrase I say at work.
Comentários: We use the Fiix System to maintain operational readiness across 6 facilities across Texas. When tickets are submitted by the teams, I can focus my time more efficiently instead of driving across the state to show up and then discover I needed 1 specific tools that may now be sitting in a tool box 300 miles away and not available without ordering a week in advance.
Vantagens:
This helps track things as they happen and even get ahead of maintenance preventing loss of equipment use and wasted time.
Desvantagens:
The mobile platform has a minor quirk where I feel it could do better with the interface, but that is a personal preference.
Procurement/Inventory Management with Fiix
Comentários: I mainly utilize the Purchasing and Parts & Supplies modules. The PO system is easy to use from day one. The Parts & Supplies module tracks all of the necessary points of inventory management. You can handle everything you want to manage from planning to the final closure of the work order. The module can all be accessed via links from work order to purchase request to PO to receipt to work order completion. This is a vital tool when researching through asset/equipment/vehicle/inventory management.
Vantagens:
The Purchasing and Parts & Supplies modules in Fiix are very user friendly. Any outside the box options that we have requested have been implemented with relative ease and low expense. We now have Fiix driving information into our ERP system as part of the accounting process. As Fiix has grown with us, they have added quite a few intuitive dashboards that help out in all areas of users. I have used many CMMS systems in the past, but Fiix has been the most user friendly and easy to modify as business changes/grows.
Desvantagens:
I really would like to know more about other areas of the system that I don't utilize regularly and also able to create my own reports on the fly.

Comentários: It's a bit pricy. And for a smaller company it can be a tough hurdle to get over. But it is worth it. The software is very powerful. And the data/info you get is great. Even in our small operation (36 employees) it has proven very valuable even passed the maintenance aspect! Id recommend it to anyone. Just because the app portion doesn't work good for us. Doesn't mean it won't work for someone else.
Vantagens:
The interface is easy to pick up for new employees. The overall use of the browser portion, is easy to use. It allows us things we never thought of after about 4 years. It will give you data you never had before.
Desvantagens:
The new app is terrible. I keep the old app loaded on my tech's tablets. It's not geared toward all types of uses. It's geared toward one type of use. The web browser portion is perfect. And that is what the app should be, just a scaled down mobile version of that. The price is also a bit rich for what we use. I wish it was a bit more ala-cart based. Pay for the features you use.
Effective solution to manage work orders
Comentários: Fiix has been instrumental in helping me manage maintenance issues and work orders. It is capable of prioritizing action items by time frame e.g. high priority items must be addressed within 24 hours. It also keeps me abreast of outstanding items that require attention. If these tasks were done manually, it would require a lot of time to manage.
Vantagens:
My favorite feature in this software is that work orders are easily created, tagged, assigned and monitored until close out. Reminders or notifications are automatically despatched to users with actions to notify them of outstanding actions. This helps ensure that high priority items are addressed in a timely manner and closed out.
Desvantagens:
There are no aspects of this product that I did not like.

The mobile apps is very useful. i have 475 buildings to maintien. with this tool we enhance the travelling efficiacy.
Desvantagens:
what I like least is the construction of the report. there are already built reports but when we need precise data according to our business unit we have to build our own report but the tool is not very user-friendly. But I have excellent customer support that helps me whenever I have a need with building a rapport.
