From tracking hours to communication and reporting, VolunteerHub has become an essential part of our daily operations. An additional valued aspect of VolunteerHub is the customer service, responsiveness from the reps, whether it's about a request, issues, or just connecting. > > **Desvantagens**: The initial setup and learning process felt overwhelming simply because we were transitioning from a very manual system to a much more robust platform. However, the training resources and support team were extremely helpful throughout the process.
