Two of the biggest uses that I utilize are the spare parts database and the maintenance PM tracking. The spare parts database feature allows you to track all spare sparts for location, quantity, etc. While the maintenance PM tracking allows you to assign, track, and manage preventative maintenance workorders. > > **Desvantagens**: For whatever reason, you can't use back and forward arrows on your menu bar. You have to use the commands withing IBM Maximo to go forward and backwards through pages. > > I have been using IBM Maximo for nearly as long as I have been in the workforce.
