There are lots of loops and technicalities with functions within the program that can make it a bit difficult to learn quickly without help. It could use some updates to make things easier/ clearer. It would be very useful for studies with lots of patients and would save a lot of time spent scheduling, cancelling appointments, checking off patient arrivals, changing status, ect. The IT support was top-notch and there was a genuine vibe that we, as customers, really mattered. > > **Desvantagens**: Ever since Clinical Conductor was bought by Advarra, the quality has gone way down. The customer service is okay, but nowhere near the level it was before. Also, Advarra must have switched something internally because the system is s-l-o-w; pages take a long time to load and I get booted out every single day (and it is NOT because I've been inactive. I sometimes get booted out just switching from one page to another within CC). Also, when I set my default filters, they don't always "take" and I have to set over and over again. My personal wish would be able to much more from my weekly calendar screen, such as schedule appointments and non-stud appointments, approve stipends and complete visits.
