No one can find their drawings so they resort to storing drawings on personal devices, resulting in multiple concurrent revisions being worked on. More consideration needs to be put in at the time of the original engagement so that site can start using it immediately - when you are on site you want to be able to find your drawings quickly and know that you are working on the latest revision. Again, this may be something I am just not aware of, but it would be great if we could pull data, like percentages of types of events reserved or how often a venue is used and divided out by type of event....Or how many events have been scheduled in a certain time frame.
