Very user friendly! I've worked in several different ATS and this has been the easiest one yet!

Vantagens:

It's very easy to use and is step-by-step throughout the entire process. Their customer service is very helpful and accommodates most all requests we have asked for. I love the email templates with mail merge features, the flags we are able to customize, and that you can trigger automatic emails throughout the stages.

Desvantagens:

I wish it was easier to add pictures, embed videos, links, etc. It's also not user friendly on the reporting side. I'd like to be able to have more functionality to pull different reports. For example, I would like to have a report for jobs that we are still currently recruiting for (still actively trying to find a candidate). I don't necessarily want to see all "open" jobs because in ApplicantStack, they remain open until the job is "closed/filled". I do not want to see jobs that have a candidate that has already accepted an offer and is in the background or pending start stage. Unfortunately for now, it's a manual process of my recruiters reviewing over their "active recruiting" jobs and sending me weekly update reports by email. We are also still working out the ability to integrate with ADP (our HRIS system).

Vantagens:

That it links to my email and I receive a notification as soon as someone has applied.

Desvantagens:

It should be easier to move a candidate through the different stages of each job.

It's ok - but it may be time to change.

Comentários: It's helped us do what we need to do. Generally, worked as intended, but we aren't opposed to finding something else.

Vantagens:

It's robust enough to handle a ton of candidates and info - and has made it easy to create tons of opportunity listings and workflows.

Desvantagens:

It seems to have a hard time getting through to people. Many of the emails we send from Applicantstack don't get to the recipient. It's been very very frustrating. Especially when we had people whitelist it, but it still didn't work.

Dissatisfied Customer Do Not Recommend

Comentários: Very dissatisfied. Customer service is non existing with them and I do not recommend

Vantagens:

Nothing. The service has not had one person be helpful to anything for me.

Desvantagens:

Everything. I have gotten zero help. Cannot login and cannot get anyone to answer my emails or call me back. I have been trying to cancel for months because no one will help me and I cannot get help to do that either! Very dissatisfied!

A MUST HAVE FOR ANY BUSINESS

Comentários: My experience with Applicant Stack has been great. Not sure what I would do without it.

Vantagens:

I love having all the new hires' information at my fingertips. Applicant Stack supports a faster and more efficient workday.

Desvantagens:

I am still looking for something that I am displeased with. I cannot think of anything. Applicant Stack has been great for my needs.

Comentários: Great! I love that all my applications for our multiple locations are in one spot, just wish I could personalize the experience more.

Vantagens:

Posting across multiple job boards and hosting our own internal job board.

Desvantagens:

I wish as an employer I was able to make my own job board prettier and the ability to make job positings more multimedia.

Recruiting Tool

Comentários: I've personally have used Applicant Stack for 10 years. Overall, I am pleased to work with this company.

Vantagens:

ApplicantStack keeps the history of an applicant such as applications submitted, notes emails etc. Texting and email features are so helpful during the recruiting process.

Desvantagens:

Finding several applications for 1 person and they are not linked. Ended up being the same person. I had one applicant that had 7 applications. Every time I typed her name in I had to take time to figure out which application I was working off of.

Comentários: My experience has been great and you guys always made it a point to inform us that we can schedule a training at anytime as well.

Vantagens:

The fact that all documents needed for onboarding can be easily be sent to the candidate and kept stored for use later if needed and easily able to transfer over to Axis care for our needs.

Desvantagens:

Although the basic application info converts to Axis when we allow it to be transferred, I wish the add'l paperwork that we send to them can easily be moved over by a click of a button like the basic application as well.

Best Decision Ever

Comentários: It is amazing for tracking which our company was lacking in the past.

Vantagens:

How easy it is to navigate. This system is amazing for external and internal tracking.

Desvantagens:

I really can't think of anything I don't like about it. The only thing that could make applicant stack better is to have a time date as to when applicants apply.

Reliable & Dependable TTS

Comentários: Overall, a good and easy to use applicant tracking system. Good communication tools within the system and reliable and helpful support when needed.

Vantagens:

Ease of use and ability to communicate directly with candidates.

Desvantagens:

No real issues or problems. My main request would be a little better user interface/dashboard.

I wish were more integrations! Equifax, HireTech and Paychex integrations would set the system above all others.

Mostly Pros for Applicant Stack

Comentários: Overall, I use it often throughout each day and it saves a lot of time processing applicants in the different stages of hiring or DNP, etc. With notes of each applicant stage, it is very important for HR/Hiring/Recruiting purposes.

Vantagens:

The ability to text and email to applicants; the stage advancements; the flexibility of choosing the columns needed for processing an applicant; the menu options; ability to make customized reports; ability to select groupings of details needed for daily activities; usually quick response from tech/customer service issues; ability to notate at each stage set so if needed, relevant notes are available

Desvantagens:

Sometimes inaccuracy on monthly/comparison reports due to criteria asked for not being totally collected, so I have to review, compare and redo; slight inconvenience of not being able to permanently select "All jobs" for listings - maybe there's a default I haven't found?

Applicant Stack makes recruitment more efficient

Comentários: Generally easy to utilize for initial applicants as well as to reach out to applicants unsuccessful in other recruitments that have a high rating.

Vantagens:

Very user friendly, most of the time the processes are intuitive and easy to navigate. Researching and emailing applicants from other recruitments is very efficient. Also, creating email templates for acknowledgement of receipt of application and other emails is quite easy.

Desvantagens:

Phone numbers entered by applicants are not separated by dashes, so follow up phone calls to numerous applicants is more time consuming to enter the phone number to avoid mistakes.

Comentários: I would recommend AppStack as an effective and efficient applicant tracking system (ATS).

Does everything we need it to!

Comentários: It does everything we need it to do and at very cost effective price point. Salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. Implementation person was also extremely helpful it getting the system customized to our needs.

Vantagens:

Being able to upload specific documents required for new hires and have them able to fill out and sign electronically. Even complex state licensing forms are easy to set up in the system with what is required to be completed. It's easy to communicate with candidates and new hires by email and text. Have standard messaging, workflows, etc. makes the process much smoother and more efficient.

Desvantagens:

It's not as visually pleasing as other systems and a little less user friendly/intuitive.

User friendly system. Customer Service has been great as well.

The only con which is no fault of ApplicantStack. I wish we would have learned more about the onboarding piece when we first entered a relationship.

Easy to get around. The help site is useful. Seems to get out on the web fast.

Desvantagens:

Hard to get a hold of someone and then when you do they have to look into the problem even though you have marked urgent. We have had a problem now almost a week and no resolution.

Comentários: Overall AS has been fairly easy to use. The customizable reports are extremely beneficial.

Vantagens:

The app provides a lot of information to the company. I have not heard issues from applicants. I like the connectivity to our personal email.

Desvantagens:

The system does have some more common functionality similar to MSWord. Also, the system does not have the ability for users to store their own personal templates. Only company wide templates are stored.
