Overall it is great. Everything you need to keep up to date on clients and there needs in one easy free spot.
Vantagens:
I love the app. Easy to use you can manage everything for your clients in one simple place. I used the free version and it has everything you need. It helps you make and keep track of appointments also sends SMS messages to remind you ahead of time. The calendar feature is also great and keeps you from double booking.
Desvantagens:
The app gliches from time to time. I have had to remove it from my phone and re install it.

The experience with Square has been consistent. This is EXTREMELY important. Other appointment software I've used in the past have either had issues with connectivity, getting funds delivered to you in time, or irregular charges with fees. Having peace of mind knowing that the system is up and running smoothly is a huge relief.
Vantagens:
Square Appointments is the best option for independent hairstylists. Not only is it affordable, but it's straightforward and easy to use. I have tried many of the other appointment booking services out there and I find Square to be the most reliable.
They have great features like processing times which allow you to double book, online booking, an online waitlist, and an app for clients to use. They also have Square Online which allows you to sell products online to your customers with the option for shipping or curbside pickup.
I also love that Square has a savings account option so you can easily set aside a certain percentage of your sales for taxes or general savings.
Desvantagens:
Currently very happy with the service and I appreciate the efforts they are making to continually improve their product.

It was reliable to begin with, but I also found it extremely limiting in the booking area. If I could keep the other square solutions without square appointments that would have been ideal.
Vantagens:
Square appointments has an app which makes management super simple and quick, especially for small businesses. The integration with square online also makes understanding website conversations very easy.
I also enjoyed the integrations that it had with square banking solutions. this allowed me to easily set aside taxes and other savings that never hit my account.
Desvantagens:
Square is not seriously updating square appointments. You cannot use gift cards, you can do discount codes, you can use apple pay or google pay online which is proven to increase website conversations ect. Square's functionality does not extend to square appointments and I was also not informed of that before building out square appointments... which sucks.

It was alright, I wasn’t impressed with the menus or the customer service when I needed specific help with something
Vantagens:
I liked the accessibility of square appointments, clients could book easily and it streamlined my online booking system
Desvantagens:
I disliked the menus, I felt like they changed way too often and when I had to do some back end work it would take me forever to find something specific and became very frustrating

"Square Appointments is Perfect For New Business Owners"

My overall experience with Square Appointments was very nice because of how easily it was for my clients to book me on Google directly. If you’re a new business owner, use Square Appointments to make your life a lot easier.
Vantagens:
I loved how Square has a free version that integrates with Google Business Page and my clients can set their appointments simply through my Google page. This was very convenient and made running a lash business so much easier
Desvantagens:
I didn’t like the fact that I had to download different Square apps for different functions that I needed. For example I had to have Square Appointments setter installed and Square Payment Processor installed separately. It would be nice to do multiple functions on one Square app instead of having to install different apps every time. Also, the appointment setting section did not have a place for client to pay deposits. This was very critical for me to have, and was the main reason why I started looking for other apps that had this functionality working better on their platforms. Square said they had it but every time I tried to set it up, it didn’t work.
